Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms, although extremely small and on the 3rd floor without a lift, had a great deal of 'olde worlde charm. ' Yet, this charm came at the expense of some essentials. The service was delightful and efficient, but they seemed indifferent to resolving the room temperature issue we faced during the summer. The location in the center of Turckheim, a beautiful town in France, was perfect for walking around. The dining experience, while fantastic and generous, was a bit pricey. Overall, a mixed but memorable stay.
